BUILDING / CODE ENFORCEMENT / USE AND OCCUPANCY
The Borough of Trappe has recently adopted the Uniform Construction Code, which requires any person to obtain a building and/or plumbing permit prior to the construction, alteration, removal, or demolition of buildings and structures. The Borough also requires use and occupancy permits (U&O) prior to moving into a home or commercial property. GRASS, WEEDS, AND OTHER VEGETATION

Let's do our part and keep Trappe a beautiful place to work and live.
ZONING
The Zoning Ordinance regulates the use, density, size, location of buildings/structures and establishes regulations for land use. The provisions of the ordinance also address performance standards and prohibition of nuisances. Questions regarding any ordinance may be directed to the Borough Manager.
