The fifth annual Trappe Community Day will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2007 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Water Works Community Park. The rain date is Saturday, September 20.
There is no charge for this full day of activities; the event is paid for by the generous contributions of local sponsors. Businesses, it's not too late to participate in this great community event! Contact Stu Strauss at 484-902-0393 or Kathleen McDowell at 610-489-9104 for sponsor information.
Volunteers are also needed for this community celebration. Please call Borough Hall at (610) 489-7181 if you would like to volunteer.

- 11:00 - 11:30: Caitrin Academy of Irish Dance
- 11:00 - 12:00: Screwball the Reading Phillies Mascot
- 11:30 - 12:00: Dog Costume Contest
- 11:30 - 3:00: 60 Sense Band
- 12:00 - 1:00: The Hilarious Magic of Sam Sandler
- 12:00 - 2:30: Folk singer/songwriter Jeff Umbehauer
- 12:30 - 1:30: SocceRoo the Philadelphia Kixx mascot
- 1:00 - 2:00: Soccer demonstration by Philadelphia Kixx players
- 1:30 - 2:30: Swoop the Philadelphia Eagles Mascot
- 2:00 - 2:30: Caitrin Academy of Irish Dance
- 3:00 - 4:00: Musical Puppet Show featuring Gene Galligan & Friends
- 3:00 - 4:30: The 1910 Fruitgum Company
- 4:30 closing: American Flag Retirement Ceremony, James Stormer
- And throughout the day: petting zoo, pony rides, moon bounce, rock climbing, gigantic slide, clowns, face painting, demonstrations, health screenings, great food and more!
